The links below will lead you to the new online warranty request form. Once you have completed the form online and sent them your proof of purchase they will mail you instructions and 2 shipping labels to you. They cover the cost of shipping to and from the service center.
One shipping label for you to ship your heater in and the other label you place in the box for the service center to ship the unit back to you. Please let me know if you need my help.
